Specification-led supply
Quality starts with a clear requirement. We encourage buyers to state size/thread, grade, finish, tolerance, application and any drawing or sample reference before commercial confirmation.
Material grades
Catalogue grades such as CW614N / IS-319 are typical industry guidance for many turned and forged brass parts. High-conductivity, DZR and other special grades can be requested where the part family supports them.
Finishes
Natural brass, nickel, tin, chrome and other finishes may be available depending on the component. Mention finish requirements in your quote request.
Process capability
Jamnagar’s brass ecosystem commonly supports extrusion, forging, CNC/turned machining, pressing/stamping and finishing. The right process depends on the part geometry and volume.
Inspection and documentation
If you need dimensional inspection, material confirmation, packing lists or other documents, note those requirements in the enquiry so they can be reviewed before order acceptance.
Continuous improvement
We keep refining catalogue descriptions and technical guidance so buyers can specify requirements more accurately over time.
